What matters most in life can sometimes get lost among the clutter. Whether it takes the form of stacks of paper or seemingly endless to-do lists, the stuff of our work and home lives can become overwhelming, rob us of joy, and impede a rich spiritual life.

In this presentation, author Erin Doland introduces us to generations of spiritual writings (including words from well-known Quakers) on simplicity and the relevance and applicability of these writings to modern life. Additionally, we will learn a handful of strategies for making room for Light in our lives.

Erin Doland is Editor-in-Chief of Unclutterer.com and author of Unclutter Your Life in One Week and Never Too Busy to Cure Clutter. After years as a pack rat, she now borders on having a fanatical commitment to a more minimalist and simple lifestyle. Erin speaks about simplifying and lightening our loads from a spiritual perspective. Erin also writes on adoptive parenting, living with disability, and she's a Quaker Woman! Did we mention she makes us laugh?
